I am now running a Weekly Yoga Class on a wednesday evening. Please contact me if you would like more details. Its A fun and friendly yoga class, designed to release tension, relax the body and calm the mind. A typical class includes yoga stretches, some mindful movement, meditation and relaxation. Every body is welcome and the class is suitable for beginners.

I will also be running more art and yoga workshops in 2020 and will let you know the dates soon...

 along with Rachel and Juliet we'll be running a seasonal retreat day to help you relax and unwind into the new season using yoga, meditation and art to take you on a journey of transformation.

The day is suitable for anyone - for those who have never meditated, done yoga before or see themselves as having zero art ability. Furzebrook Studios offer space which is non-judgemental and welcoming to all.

If your going and would like to learn how to draw your own mandala as a form of meditation and relaxation meet me at 9am in the healing tent! I'll be there Friday, saturday and sunday. All materials will be provided, no drawing skills are required and its free!
